1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2022 No. 13 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures":

paragraph two of subitem 1.3.2 of Item 1 of Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 14.4.8 "Registration of the prospectus of the issue of securities, except for exchange and depositary bonds (in cases of the admission of issued securities to the biddings on the stock exchange)", approved by this resolution to add with words ", and the securities allowed according to the Agreement on the cross-border admission to placement and security circulation at the organized biddings in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of January 31, 2025";
