2. This order becomes effective since March 1, 2026 and is effective till March 1, 2032.

This Procedure establishes rules of confirmation of characteristics of precious metals to requirements of the documents for standardization establishing characteristics of precious metals, Federal assay chamber, and also the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs accredited in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about accreditation in national accreditation system <1> (further respectively - accredited legal entities, accredited individual entrepreneurs).
