About change of resolutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2007 No. 127 and of August 30, 2007 No. 128
Based on Item paragraph two 301, of Item paragraph two 320, parts one of Item 321 of the Regulations on compulsory insurance approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 18, 2025 No. 108, of Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2007 No. 127 "About calculation of insurance value of products of crops":
in word preamble "Item 384 of the Regulations on insurance activity in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 530" shall be replaced with words "Item 301 of the Regulations on compulsory insurance approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 18, 2025 No. 108";
in the Instruction about procedure of payments of insurance value of products of the crops which are subject to compulsory insurance with the state support of harvest of crops, the cattle and the bird approved by this resolution:
in the first offer of part five and part six of Item 5 of the word "the republican budget, provided on development of agricultural production, fish breeding and conversion of agricultural products" shall be replaced with words ", provided in the republican budget on agricultural industry, fishing activities";
exclude Item 7;
1.2. in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2007 No. 128 "About damage procedure of payments in case of death of crops":
