About change of the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2014 No. 62

Based on part four of Item 6 of article 117 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 No. 129-Z "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus", subitems 10. 7, DECIDES: 10.20 and 10.30 Items 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus

1. Bring in the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2014 No. 62 "About placement of goods in the customs control zone" the following changes:

1.1. in preamble of the word "and parts two of item 4 of Article 86" shall be replaced with words ", parts two of item 4 of Article 86 and part four of Item 6 of Article 117";

1.2. to be reworded as follows appendices 1 and 2 to this resolution (are applied);

1.3. in the Instruction about procedure for filling of the notification on placement of goods in the customs control zone approved by this resolution:
