About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of May 19, 2023 No. 102

Based on the paragraph of third of Article 9-1, of part two of Item 2 of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of May 19, 2023 No. 102 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:

1.1. in word preamble "Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" shall be replaced with words "Article 9-1, of part two of Item 2 of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures";

1.2. add the resolution with Item 11 of the following content:

"11. Establish form of special permission to the occupation right labor activity in the Republic of Belarus concerning the foreign citizen or the stateless person according to appendix.";

1.3. add the resolution with appendix it (is applied);

1.4. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 10.7.1 "Approval of the invitation of the foreign citizen or stateless person on training", approved by this resolution:

in subitem 1.2 of Item 1:

to exclude from paragraph two of the word "of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z";

third to exclude the paragraph;

in Item 2 part one:

to add the column "Requirements Imposed to the Document and (or) Data" after the words "provided in" with words "paragraphs the second, the third, fifth or ninth, twelfth";
