1. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2001 No. 52 "About approval of Industrial safety rules during the work at height";
Item 2 of the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of November 19, 2007 No. 150 "About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts";
the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2007 No. 184 "About approval of Cross-industry rules on labor protection in case of performance of works with use of methods of industrial mountaineering";
the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2007 No. 187 "About approval of the Cross-industry standard instruction for labor protection during the work at height".
2. This resolution becomes effective since April 26, 2026.
