1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2008 No. 122 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for the treatment of ozone-depleting substances":
state the name in the following edition:
"About the treatment of ozone-depleting substances";
in preamble:
to replace the word of "sixth" with the word of "fourth";
before the word of "Law" to add with the words "and paragraph of third of part one of Article 11";
add the resolution with Item 11 of the following content:
"11. Determine the list of the equipment and the tools necessary for the treatment of ozone-depleting substances, according to appendix.";
