About recognition voided resolutions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus

the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of October 17, 2007 No. 89 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for compensation to "The Republican Center of Certification and Examination of the Licensed Types of Activity" organization of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus, regional and Minsk city to managements of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of the expenses connected with conducting examination of compliance of opportunities of the license applicant (licensee) to licensed requirements and conditions to perform activities for ensuring fire safety";
the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 33 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of July 16, 2007 No. 67".
