"59.7-1. In case of receipt of information from body (organization) authorized by relevant organ of the executive authority for the purpose of liquidation of branches and representative offices of foreign mass media in the Azerbaijan Republic, the body (organization) authorized by relevant organ of the executive authority within 5 (five) working days provides liquidation of branches and representative offices of foreign mass media in the Azerbaijan Republic and excludes them from the state register of legal entities without application of rules of liquidation of the legal entities provided by Articles 59-61 of this Code".
