1. Approve Regulations on monitoring of use of radio frequencies and assessment of technical parameters of radiation of stations of radio communication of non-governmental use it (is applied).

2. Operation of the Order of the Ministry of information technologies and bonds No. 100 of December 4, 2015 about approval of Regulations "Monitoring of radio frequencies of broadcasting and assessment of technical parameters of radiation of stations of radio communication of non-governmental use" (2016, Art. No. 2-12, 18) to consider the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova stopped, considering its execution in full.

3. Post this resolution on the official site of the National agency on regulation in the field of electronic communications and information technologies, to publish dispositive part of this resolution in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication of dispositive part in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
