About modification of the Order of the Government No. 24/2025 about the National control system of trade in strategic goods in the Republic of Moldova

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 24/2025 about the National control system of trade in strategic goods in the Republic of Moldova (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2025, Art. No. 53-57, 73) to make the following changes:

1.1. in Item 12 of appendix No. 1 the text to "Information system of issue of permissions "Stratlink"" in both cases shall be replaced with words to "special information system";

1.2. add appendix No. 5 with the note of the following content:

"Note: this appendix is applied in case of export and re-export of the products which are subject to control at the national level for which as the country of final appointment the state included in the List of the jurisdictions and autonomous regions which are not meeting international standards of transparency, approved by the Order of the Government No. 167/2024 is specified.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
