In the Regulations on disclosure of information by issuers of securities approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 7/1/2019 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, No. 76 – 85, the Art. 417) registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 1421 of February 20, 2019 with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 1:
