1. "About price regulation (rates) within the state defense order" to state preamble and Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2019 to No. 38 in the following edition:
"Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72
1. Establish:
1.1. the limiting maximum standard rate of profitability in the amount of 15 percent to cost for determination of the amount of the profit which is subject to inclusion in selling prices (rates) on:
the goods (the works, services) made (which are carried out, rendered) and implemented in the territory of the Republic of Belarus within the state defense order (except for products of military (services));
the materials, component parts, the works and services made (which are carried out, rendered) in the territory of the Republic of Belarus subsuppliers (subcontractors, collaborators) for production (performance of works, rendering services) within the state defense order.
The legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are suppliers (contractors, contractors) on the actions realized within the state defense order shall inform subsuppliers (subcontractors, collaborators) on purchase at them of materials, component parts, works and services for production (performance of works, rendering services) within the state defense order.
