About Regulations on working groups

Having considered the developed according to the order of the 19th meeting of Council and taking into account the notes and offers received from governing bodies of power industry of the states of the Commonwealth, the project of the Regulations on working groups, Electrical power Council of the Commonwealth of Independent States solved:
Approve Regulations on the Working groups created by Electrical power Council of the CIS (Appendix 4).
Approved by the Decision of Electrical power Council of the CIS the Protocol No. 20 of October 12, 2001
This Provision determines appointment of the Working groups, their structure, procedure for creation, the rule of procedure, procedure for financing of their activities, and also the right, obligation and responsibility of the Head and members of Working groups.
2.1. Working groups are created by Executive committee of Electrical power Council of the CIS (further - Executive committee) according to the decision of Electrical power Council of the CIS for the purpose of preparation of fundamental documents for carrying out coordinated policy in the field of power industry in state members of Electrical power Council of the CIS.
2.2. Working groups are created in cases when there are questions requiring joint study and mutual consultations of specialists of electric power industry of the State Parties of Electrical power Council of the CIS.
2.3. Working groups in the activities are guided by the decisions of Electrical power Council of the CIS, this Provision and all existing documents regulating the interstate relations of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the field of power industry.
2.4. Depending on the purposes and solvable tasks can be created permanent or temporary work groups.
