1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus of January 26, 2016 No. 2 "About procedure for carrying out survey (admission) for electroinstallations, heatinstallations and (or) thermal network":
state preamble in the following edition:

add the Instruction with appendices 1 and 2 (are applied);
1.2. in the resolution of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus of January 29, 2016 No. 4 "About establishment of document forms":
in preamble:
shall be replaced with words words of "Item 3" "Item 2";
words "Item 7,", "and part two paragraph two", "," and "and Item 7 of the Regulations on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1595," to exclude Item 224 parts one;
