The finance company having the license for activities of the finance company including financial payment services on money transfer without opening of the account and/or on implementation of acquiring of payment instruments (further - finance company), has the right to acquire the status of payment organization with the right of provision of financial payment services on money transfer without opening of the account and/or on implementation of acquiring of payment instruments without stopping (interruption) of activities for provision of financial payment services according to the procedure, determined by this resolution.
