1. Bring in the Instruction about payment procedure of pensions, benefits and implementation of other social payments through objects of mail service approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of June 9, 2022 No. 9/36, the following changes:
add the Instruction with Item 8-1 of the following content:
"8-1. Pension payment to the receiver who showed willingness to receive pension through object of mail service with payment for the account of own means of service in payment (delivery) of pension to object of mail service (further if other is not established, – service in payment (delivery) of pension) is made after introduction of service fee by it on payment (delivery) of pension.
