1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of June 2, 2022 No. 56 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:
in word preamble "Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" shall be replaced with words "article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures";
in Item 1:
state subitem 1.1 in the following edition:
"1.1. Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 7.7.1 "State registration of production facility on which activities for obtaining, conversion (processing) of not processed food (food) staples of animal origin are performed with inclusion in the register of the production facilities on production of food products which are subject to state registration" (is applied);";
add Item with subitems 1.1-1 and 1.1-2 of the following content:
"1.1-1. Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 7.7.2 "Modification of the register of the production facilities on production of food products which are subject to state registration" (is applied);
