1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 29, 2025 No. 571 "About approval of Rules of creation and submission of the annual statement about execution of the republican budget" the following amendments:
The rules of creation and submission of the annual statement about execution of the republican budget approved by the specified resolution to add with Items 38 and 39 of the following content:
"38. The central authorized body on budget implementation develops the draft of the Road map on execution of recommendations of the Highest auditor chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the report of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the republican budget for the corresponding accounting year (further - the draft of the Road map) and sends it for approval in the Highest auditor chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The highest auditor chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan within ten working days from the date of receipt of the draft of the Road map approves it or represents to the central authorized body on budget implementation of the recommendation and (or) offer to the draft of the Road map.
The central authorized body determines project deadlines of the Road map in coordination with the state bodies responsible for execution of its actions by budget implementation, for the long-term, medium-term and short-term periods.
After approval of the draft of the Road map of the Highest auditor chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan the central authorized body on budget implementation directs it to approval in Government office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
