About Regulations on the status of the Observer at Electrical power Council of the Commonwealth of Independent States

Having heard and having discussed information on the matter,

Electrical power Council of the Commonwealth of Independent States solved:

1. Approve Regulations on the status of the Observer at Electrical power Council of the Commonwealth of Independent States it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid the Regulations on the status of the Observer in Electrical power Council of the Commonwealth of Independent States approved by the Decision of Electrical power Council of the CIS of December 20, 2000, the Protocol No. 18.

It is made in the city of St. Petersburg on May 19, 2006 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of Electrical power Council of the CIS which will send its verified copy to each state member of Electrical power Council of the CIS.
