About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of April 8, 2022 No. 92
Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of April 8, 2022 No. 92 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:
1.1. in word preamble "the paragraph of third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" shall be replaced with words "the paragraph of third of article 91 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures";
1.2. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 3.9.6 "Receipt of the conclusions about compliance of the construction object of the allowing and project documentation accepted in operation (in case of acceptance of roads, technical means of the organization of traffic, road constructions, railway crossings, suspended contact networks of urban electric transportation and tram ways)", approved by this resolution:
