About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of nuts, seeds and stones of fruits

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning separate types of nuts, seeds and stones of the fruits classified by codes 1207 99 960 1 and 1212 99 950 1 CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date of this Decision till December 31, 2028 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) in line items with codes 1207 99 960 1 and 1212 99 950 1 CN FEA EEU the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "62C)" to replace with the reference "115C)";

b) in notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union:

declare the note 62C invalid;

add with the note 115C of the following content:

"115C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 2, 2025 No. 113 till 31.12.2028 inclusive.".
