1. Reorganize public organization "Specialized sports school on No. soccer 1, мун. Chisinau" (the attaching legal entity) by merging (accession) with public organization "Specialized sports school on No. soccer 2, мун. Chisinau" (the attached legal entity).
2. Transfer the property which is in management of public organization "Specialized sports school on No. soccer 2, мун. Chisinau", to public organization "Specialized sports school on No. soccer 1, мун. Chisinau" according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.
3. Change the name of public organization "Specialized sports school on No. soccer 1, мун. Chisinau" on "Specialized sports school on soccer, мун. Chisinau".
4. To the Ministry of Education and Research to create in 30-day time from the effective date of this resolution the commission on reorganization and cession of property, the rights and obligations of the attached legal entity.
