No. 68-76, 143), with subsequent changes and amendments, and also based on item 295 of the Regulations on enforcement of the Customs code No. 95/2021, approved by the Order of the Government No. 92/2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, 193), with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER to Art. No. 93-96,:
1. Customs clearance of the vehicles classified in tariff heading 8703, and trail cars to them, classified in tariff heading 8716, of motorcycles (including mopeds) and bicycles with the auxiliary engine, with carriages or without them classified in tariff heading 8711 (further - vehicles), imported on the territory of the Republic of Moldova during 24.04.2018 - 1.09.2018 persons specified in Item 3 of article I of the Law No. 170/2018 on registration of some vehicles and modification of some legal acts and on the terms of this Law to perform only on posts of internal customs control (further - PVTK) according to the following procedure:
1) Submission by the applicant of the declaration on own responsibility in the form established in appendix to this order;
