1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on maintaining the register of fair entrepreneurs of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 26, 2022 No. 715 the following changes:

in Regulations on the maintaining the register of fair entrepreneurs of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- to state paragraph two of Item 3 in the following edition:

"Forming of policy on maintaining the Register is performed by authorized body on development of entrepreneurship in the Kyrgyz Republic (further - authorized body).";

- 6, 7 to state Items in the following edition:

"6. Subjects of entrepreneurship the individual entrepreneurs and legal entities of the Kyrgyz Republic of all patterns of ownership irrespective of their form of business who are engaged in business activity, except for the activities connected with provision of services are recognized.

7. The register is kept in electronic form in form according to appendix 1 to this Provision, at the same time the term of finding of the entrepreneur in the Register constitutes three years from the date of inclusion.";
