For the purpose of providing the legal address of jewelry and other products, consumer protection, establishment of legal regulation of marking of jewelry and other products:

1. Determine that:

1.1. since January 1, 2026 subjects of managing perform marking of jewelry and other products means of identification according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Finance, in cases:

import to the Republic of Belarus for realization;

production, except for production by individual orders of citizens from the jewelry and other products and (or) scrap and waste of jewelry and other products belonging to them;

wholesale and (or) retail trade *;

export to the countries with which the international agreements providing mutual recognition of means of identification are signed (further, unless otherwise specified, - export).

Marking by means of identification of remaining balance of jewelry and other products which were formed for January 1, 2026 is performed within one year from the effective date of this subitem;

* When marking jewelry and other products in the form of remaining balance, and also in case of trade in jewelry and other products which are accepted by subjects of managing from citizens under commission agreements are withdrawn, arrested, turned into the income of the state in the procedure established by the legislation or on which collection on account of the unexecuted tax liability, unpaid penalty fee is turned and which are transferred for realization of JSC Belyuvelirtorg.
