"7. Starting price of the withdrawn parcel of land from lands of agricultural purpose at the public biddings is the cadastral cost of such parcel of land entered in the Single state real estate register and which is subject to application for date of the publication of the notice on carrying out the public biddings concerning such parcel of land.".
This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
