1. Bring in the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of February 12, 2016 No. 5 "About determination of qualifiers and features of customs declaring" the following changes:
1.1. to exclude from preamble of the word "and subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228,";
1.2. in appendix 4 to this resolution of the word "Ministry of Sport and Tourism" shall be replaced with words Ministry of Sport.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
