26-7) development and approval of the list of separate categories of the physical persons having the right to social protection according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in coordination with the authorized body performing management in the field of ensuring receipts of taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget and the central executive body in the field of social protection of the population;

26-8) development and approval of rules of efficiency evaluation of the provided investment preferences;
