Chapter 20 to add 1) with Article 20.37 of the following content:

"Article 20.37. Hindrance of legal activities of the worker of departmental protection or the official of the militarized and sentry division

Hindrance of legal activities of the worker of departmental protection or the official of the militarized and sentry division of the organization subordinated to the federal executive body performing functions in the field of activities of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, or non-execution of the legal requirement of the worker of departmental protection or the official of the militarized and sentry division of the organization subordinated to the federal executive body performing functions in the field of activities of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty at the rate from two thousand to five thousand rubles.";

Part 1 of Article 23.1 after figures "20.35" to add 2) with figures ", 20.37";

3) regarding 1 Article 27.2:

a) in Item 2 of the word "officials of departmental protection of federal executive bodies and organizations" shall be replaced with words "officials of departmental protection of federal executive bodies, the supreme executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation - the federal city of Moscow and the organizations having the right to creation of departmental protection";

b) add with Item 2.1 of the following content:

"2. 1) officials of departmental protection of federal executive bodies, the supreme executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation - the federal city of Moscow and the organizations having the right to creation of departmental protection, militarized and sentry divisions of the organization subordinated to the federal executive body performing functions in the field of activities of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation in case of identification of administrative offense, stipulated in Article 20.37 of this Code, - to the office of law-enforcement body (police), the office of protection;";

4) regarding 1 Article 27.3:

a) in Item 2 of the word "the senior official of the federal executive body performing functions in the field of activities of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation in the location of the protected object" shall be replaced with words "seniors in the locations of the protected objects officials", shall be replaced with words words of "federal executive bodies and the organizations" "federal executive bodies, the supreme executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation - the federal city of Moscow and the organizations having the right to creation of departmental protection" after the word "military personnel" to add with the words "and employees";

5) in Article 28.3:

a) add part 4 with paragraphs the third and fourth the following content:

"The list of officials of bodies of departmental protection and the organizations having the right to constitute protocols on administrative offenses according to Item 7 of part 5 of this Article is established respectively by federal executive bodies, the supreme executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation - the federal city of Moscow and the organizations having the right to creation of departmental protection.

The list of officials of the militarized and sentry divisions of the organization subordinated to the federal executive body performing functions in the field of activities of the troops of national guard of the Russian Federation having the right to constitute protocols on administrative offenses according to Item 7 of part 5 of this Article is established by the specified federal executive body.";

b) in Item 7 of part 5 after the words "and organizations" to add with the words "having the right to creation of departmental protection", words "part 3 of Article 20.2. Article 20.17" shall be replaced with words 2, "Article 11.20. 1, part 3 of Article 20.2. 2, Articles 20.17 and 20.37".
