1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure and conditions of informing health and pharmaceutical workers on the medicines included in the State register of medicines of the Republic of Belarus, manufacturer representatives of medicines approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 2015 No. 44, the following changes:

"2. Action of this Instruction does not extend to the relations connected with placement (distribution) of advertizing, providing the organization and functioning of system of pharmakonadzor.
3. In this Instruction the main terms and their determinations in the values established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About drug circulation" and also the following terms and their determinations are used:
informing workers - process of provision by manufacturer representatives of medicines of data on medicines concerning their medical application, including information on indications, contraindications, interaction with other medicines, possible undesirable reactions, features of application for different categories of patients, storage conditions of medicines, procedure for leave according to recipes, other information for the purpose of forming of knowledge at workers of the correct purpose, the statement, storage, realization and medical application of medicines;
