About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of March 31, 2015 No. 22
Based on part two of Item 34 and part three of Item 39 of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of appointment, financing (transfer), the order and use of means of the family capital approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 24, 2015 No. 128, and paragraph one of subitem 7.1 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of March 31, 2015 No. 22 "About use of means of the family capital" the following changes:
in preamble to replace the word of "first" with the word of "third";
in the Instruction about use of the funds of the family capital for purchase of goods intended for the social resettlement and integration of disabled people into society approved by this resolution:
in Item 2:
after the words "in the city" to add with words "(till September 9, 2022 inclusive - the decision of local executive and administrative organ)";
shall be replaced with words the words "about the order means" "about use of means";
in Item 6 of the word "3 bank" shall be replaced with words "10 workers";
in appendix to this Instruction of the word "STATEMENT for the order means" shall be replaced with words "the STATEMENT for use of means";
in the Instruction about use of funds of the family capital for receipt of services in the field of social servicing approved by this resolution:
