About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About road transport"
Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Item 23 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:
In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About road transport" (The collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 7, Article 599 (volume I); 2024, No. 8, Article 932) to make the following changes:
1. State Articles 6.3 and 6.5 in the following edition:
"6.3. General requirements to passenger road transport public, and also to stopping points for the road transport performing regular passenger traffic are determined by Rules of transportation of passengers and baggage road transport. Determination of the locations of stopping points for the road transport performing regular passenger traffic, their installation, management and maintenance are provided with body (organization) determined by the relevant executive body".
"6.5. Placement of objects of road and transport infrastructure (except for parkings) or their reconstruction by change of their appointment to other object of road and transport infrastructure is performed according to amount of passenger and cargo flows, and also needs of consumers of transport services, taking into account opinion of the body (organization) determined by the relevant executive body, according to the procedure, the established legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic on city planning and construction".
2. In Article 21-1.3.2 of the word "in stops" shall be replaced with words "in stopping points".
3. In Article 40.6 after the word "invoice" to add the word "or electronic way bill".
