About modification of article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About traffic" concerning the parking of vehicles which are managed by drivers who transport children under three years and have the corresponding identification mark on transport means
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. "About traffic" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 31, Art. 338 with the following changes) after part two to add article 25 of the Law of Ukraine with four new parts of the following content:
"Owners of specially equipped or allocated platforms for the parking of vehicles provide allocation and arrangement within such platforms of parking lots of vehicles which are managed by drivers who transport children under three years and have the corresponding identification mark on the vehicle.
The procedure for determination of specially equipped or allocated platforms for the parking of vehicles with parking lots of vehicles which are managed by the drivers who are transporting children under three years and having the corresponding identification mark on the vehicle, arrangement of such parking lots, their designation, confirmation of the right to the parking of the corresponding vehicle and also establishment (drawing) of the corresponding identification mark on the vehicle is established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The number of the places intended for the parking of vehicles which are managed by drivers who transport children under three years and have the corresponding identification mark on the vehicle, makes at least 5 percent from total quantity of places on specially equipped or allocated platforms for the parking of vehicles, but at least one place designated by the corresponding route sign or road marking.
Public authorities and local government bodies promote creation by owners of specially equipped or allocated platforms for the parking of vehicles of certain parking lots of vehicles which are managed by expectant mothers, elderly people and veterans".
