About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About police"

1) 5 percent of the means transferred into the government budget during preliminary inquiry for compensation of the damage caused to the state as a result of crime on the criminal cases and other materials of criminal prosecution investigated by bodies of militia;

2) 5 percent of the means which arrived from payment in the government budget for release of person from criminal liability according to the procedure, established by the Criminal code of the Azerbaijan Republic, on the criminal cases investigated by police agencies.

IV. The procedure for use of the means provided in part III of this Article is determined by body (organization) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority.
