About modification of some orders of the Government (adjustment of the regulatory base in the field of protection of trade secret)

The government DECIDES:

1. In Item 9 of the Regulations on approval of the Regulations on the organization of auctions for sale of industrial, agricultural and other output approved by the Order of the Government No. 551/1991, with subsequent changes to replace the word of "observance" with the word "protection".

2. In Regulations on the National interadministrative registry of the Republic of Moldova - RENIM approved by the Order of the Government No. 432/1995 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, Art. No. 48-49, 350), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

2.1. in Item 17 change concerns only the text in Romanian;

2.2. in the subitem 2) of Item 18 to replace the word "protection" with the word "protection".

3. In Item 19 of appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Government No. 744/2003 on approval of the Regulations on procedure for production, issue and drawing control brands on copies of works and soundtracks and Regulations on order of registration in the State register of receivers of control brands (2003, No. 134, the Art. 805), with subsequent changes, words "being trade secret" shall be replaced with words the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova "confidential information".

4. In Item 37 of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 619/2004 on approval of the Standard regulations on rationalization activities (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art.
