About modification of some orders of the Government (on tax and customs aspects)

Based on Item h) article 6 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Resolution No. 294/1998 on accomplishment of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova No. 406/1997 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 30-33, 288), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. to declare the subparagraph of the sixth of the paragraph of third Item 3 invalid;

1.2. to state Item 1 of appendix No. 1 in the following edition:

"1. Forms of source documents of the strict reporting of the Ministry of Finance:

Tax delivery note;

Count sheet of purchase of products of crop production and/or gardening and/or objects of flora;

A-2/bi the Job specification – the order ".

2. The resolution No. 1583/2002 on approval of the Regulations on procedure for compensation from the budget of the amounts of the excises paid by economic agents for the ethyl not denatured alcohol acquired for use in medicine (2002, No. 173, Art. 1728), with subsequent changes, to declare the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova invalid.

3. Item b) appendices No. 2 to the Resolution No. 454/2008 on optimization of participation of the central industry bodies of public management, and also other central administrative authorities in ensuring accomplishment of obligations to the international organizations (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 66-68, 434), with subsequent changes, to add with line item 94 following of content:
