About modification of the Regulations on System of coordination of safety on border approved by the Order of the Government No. 429/2015

Based on article 2 of the Law No. 112/2014 on ratification of the Agreement on association between the Republic of Moldova, on the one hand, both the European Union and European Atomic Energy Community and their state members, from other party (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 185-199, 442), the Government DECIDES:

1. In the Regulations on System of coordination of safety on border approved by the Order of the Government No. 429/2015 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 185-189, 485), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. to state formula of harmonization in the following edition:

"This Provision:

- partially shifts (shifts Items 10, of 12, of the 13 and 18 Article 2; Article 4; part (1) Article 21; Article 24; part (1) Articles 27) Regulations (EU) 2019/1896 of the European parliament and Council of November 13, 2019 about the European boundary and coast guard and No. 1052/2013 and (EU) 2016/1624, canceling regulations (EU) published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 295/1 of November 14, 2019 (CELEX: 32019R1896), with the last changes made by Regulations (EU) 2021/1134 of the European parliament and Council of July 7, 2021;

- partially shifts (shifts Article 3) Implementation regulations (EU) 2021/581 of the Commission of April 9, 2021 about situational pictures of the European system of border observation (EUROSUR) published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 124/3 of April 12, 2021 (CELEX: 32021R0581).";

1.2. in Item 5 to "management of operational cooperation on external borders of member states of the European Union (FRONTEX)" to replace the text with the text "boundary police and the coast guard (further - the Agency)".
