About modification of the Regulations on the State Tax Administration of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations on the State Tax Administration of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 2019 No. 227 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 26, Art. 900; 2020, No. 61, Art. 1991), following changes:

to exclude the subitem 84 of item 4;

add Item 5 with subitems 16 and 17 of the following content:

"16) is provided by functioning of internal control and performs internal audit in GNS, its territorial authorities, at the companies, in the organizations and the organizations relating to the sphere of its management;

17) provides civil protection in the field of activities of GNS.";

to state the subitem 32 of Item 11 in the following edition:

"32) will be organized by internal control and internal audit and provides functioning of internal control and implementation of internal audit in GNS, its territorial authorities, at the companies, in the organizations and the organizations relating to the sphere of its management;".
