About modification of some presidential decrees of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 70, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of assignment of class ranks by the government civil servant, local government officer and to other persons" of December 30, 2016 No. 308 the following changes:

1) according to the procedure of assignment, lowering and deprivation of class ranks of the government civil servants and local government officers of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the above-named Decree:

- in the subitem 1 of Item 30 to exclude the word of "highest";

- in appendix to the above-stated Procedure to exclude the word of "highest";

2) according to the procedure of assignment, decrease and deprivation of class ranks to persons holding political state positions, special state positions and political municipal positions, approved by the above-named Decree:

- state Item 20 in the following edition:

"20. For assignment of the class rank of the adviser of the public civil service 1, 2 and 3 classes to persons holding the positions specified in the subitem 3 of Item 18 of this Procedure, and also the adviser of municipal service 1, 2 and 3 classes by state bodies, local government bodies are brought in authorized state body the following documents:

1) representation;

2) the reference on the candidate for assignment of the class rank according to appendix 2 to this Procedure;

3) passport copy;

4) the copy of the service record certified notarially or services of personnel management on place of employment.

The authorized state body has the right to request and receive additional documents and materials.";
