About modification of the Regulations on procedure of monitoring of justification of carrying out currency transactions by legal entities and physical persons

Due to the review of the list of state members of the Global forum of Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development on transparency and exchange of information for tax purposes, the Tax Committee, the Ministry of Economics and finance and Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide:

1. From appendix of 1 Regulations on procedure of monitoring of justification of the carrying out currency transactions by legal entities and physical persons approved by the resolution of the State Tax Committee, State Customs Committee and Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 5, 2013 No. No. 2013-7, 01-02/19-22 and 7/4 (рег. No. 2467 of June 12, 2013) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2013, No. 24, Article 319), to exclude line item 52.

2. This resolution is approved with Department on fight against economic crimes under the Prosecutor General's Office and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
