About additional measures for further development of state language

For the purpose of full and effective use of opportunities of state language in all spheres of social and political life of the country, enhancement of system of teaching Uzbek in the educational organizations, internationally I decide preserving its purity and further enrichment, ensuring active integration into modern information technologies and communications, and also expansions of role and the status of Uzbek:

I. Main objectives

1. Determine main objectives of further development of state language:

(a) achievement of full and effective use of opportunities of state language in all spheres of social and political life of the country;

(b) further enhancement of system of teaching state language in the educational organizations, increase in its status as science language;

(c) preserving purity of state language and regular replenishment of its lexicon;

(d) ensuring active integration of state language into modern information technologies and communications, effective use of opportunities of artificial intelligence in this direction;

(e) increase in role and status of state language internationally, development of international cooperation;

(g) creating favorable conditions for studying of state language by representatives of all nations and nationalities living in our country and also compatriots abroad.

II. Achievement of effective use of opportunities of state language in the republic

2. Approve the Program of realization in 2025-2026 of the Concept of development of Uzbek and enhancement of language policy in 2020 - 2030 it agrees приложению*.

Enter since January 1, 2026 in central offices of state bodies and economic associations of republican level, and also in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent, areas (cities) position of the adviser to the head concerning spirituality and state language within the established total extreme number of managerial personnel.
