About additional measures for support of women

For the purpose of increase in economic activity of women, I decide expansions of their opportunities for income acquisition and training in professions:

I. Main objectives

1. Determine main objectives of this Decree:

(a) expansion of activities of the centers of employment and strengthening of health of women in махаллях;

(b) in 2026-2027 from The Company on Support of Female Entrepreneurship HAMROH LLC (further - the Company):

(i) the direction of 2 trillion sum on financial support of entrepreneurial projects of 6 thousand women;

(ii) training of 2,8 thousand women to entrepreneurship;

(iii) rendering assistance of business activity of 2 thousand women on the basis of maintenance.

II. Expansion of financial support of entrepreneurial projects of women

2. For the purpose of expansion of activities of the centers of employment and strengthening of health of women in махаллях (further - the Centers) to allocate to Committee of family and women of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, to managements of family and women of areas and the city of Tashkent:

(a) the parcels of land at the rate to 300 square meters in махаллях in which there is empty not irrigated land area which is in reserve of khokimiyats on the basis of the right of permanent use;

(b) the empty objects of state-owned property or their part on the basis of the right of operational management.

3. Determine that the Centers will be organized in the following procedure:

(a) khokimiyats of areas (cities) at the expense of the sources which are not prohibited by acts of the legislation;

(b) on the basis of recommendations of departments of family and women of areas (cities):

(i) on the terms of public-private partnership;

(ii) in buildings of the initiative entrepreneurs who are engaged in activities for professional training in accordance with the established procedure.
