About additional measures for further development of Paralympic sports

For the purpose of further development of Paralympic sports, at prestigious sports competitions I decide creations of modern sports infrastructure, and also ensuring achievement by the national teams with teams of good results:

I. Purposes and priority tasks

1. Determine main objectives and priority tasks of further development of Paralympic sports (paratrack and field athletics, parajudo, паратаэквондо, paraswimming, parapowerlifting, parafiring):

(a) increase in interest of persons with disability to Paralympic sports, creation of necessary conditions for their sports;

(b) creation of sports reserve for national teams, implementation of digital system of identification, the choice and selection (selection) of talented young athletes;

(c) enhancement of system of preparation, advanced training and retraining of trainers, judges and specialists;

(d) construction of modern sporting venues on Paralympic sports, strengthening of material and technical resources of the operating sporting venues, providing them with modern sports equipment and the equipment.

II. Training of athletes on Paralympic sports

2. Implement the following advanced procedure for training of athletes on Paralympic sports according to which:

(a) for persons with disability conditions to be engaged also in other sports groups and to participate in educational training camps proceeding from their opportunities and interests are created;

(b) proceeding from actual demand separate public sports schools will be specialized in each region on Paralympic sports, and for them necessary conditions and infrastructure will be created;

(c) when training Paralympians practice of early determination of their group (classification) of disability takes root;

(d) in specialized public sports educational institutions training of pupils - paralympic athletes on the basis of requirements of the Classification code of the International Paralympic Committee takes root;
