About measures for further enhancement of activities of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Uzbekistan and implementation of modern digital technologies

For the purpose of raising on the new level of efficiency of the constitutional control in the country, step-by-step digitalization of activities of the Constitutional court, strengthening of guarantees of access to the constitutional justice and further increase in role of the Constitutional court in ensuring rule of law, and also according to the purposes and tasks of Strategy "Uzbekistan - 2030" I decide:

I. Purposes

1. Determine the priority purposes of enhancement of activities of the Constitutional court:

(a) expansion of access for citizens and legal entities to the constitutional justice, opportunities of recovery of their violated constitutional rights and freedoms;

(b) simplification of procedures of consideration of addresses (claims) of citizens and legal entities, elimination of excessive bureaucratic barriers and red tape;

(c) establishment of efficient constitutional control of activities of executive bodies by expansion of powers of the Constitutional court;

(d) increase in transparency in activities of the Constitutional court by means of complete digitalization of processes of the constitutional legal proceedings.

II. Increase in efficiency of activities of the Constitutional court

Approve offers of chambers of Oliy Majlis and the Constitutional court on increase in efficiency and effectiveness of implementation in practice of the offers and recommendations stated in Information of the Constitutional court on condition of the constitutional legality in the country (further - Information) providing:

(a) approval by the joint resolution kengashy chambers of Oliy Majlis of the actions plan by results of consideration of the offers and recommendations stated in Information, and also establishment of control of its realization;
