According to the paragraph the second Item 30 of the Procedure for appointment and payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death), disability or partial disablement without establishment of disability of the military personnel, persons liable for call-up and reservists called on educational (or checking) and special charges or for the service in war reserve approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 2013 No. 975 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 18, 2024 No. 714), the paragraph of third Item 2-1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2022 No. 168 "Question of some payments to the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure, to police and their families during action of warlike situation" and for the purpose of reduction in compliance with requirements of the legislation of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine

I ORDER:

1. Make changes to the section IV of Provisions on the organization in the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine of work on calculation of length of service for purpose of pensions to the military personnel and the providing with social payments persons discharged from military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and members of their families, approved by the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine of August 14, 2014 No. 530, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 20, 2014 at No. 1294/26071, having added with new Item of the following content:
