About change of the Code of power networks approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 423/2019

Based on h (3) Art. 9 of the Law No. 164/2025 on the electric power (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2025, No. 437-440, the Art. 598) the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:

1. To make the following changes to the Code of power networks approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 423/2019,:

1.1 In the name, Item of harmonization and Item 1 of the word "Code of Power Networks" shall be replaced with words "The code of power networks about connection to power networks";

1.2 Exclude the name "Part One — Access and Connection to Power Networks";

1.3 In Item 2 the first offer to state in the following edition:

"This Code establishes the procedures applied to providing that system operators adequately used capacities of installations of production of electricity for the purpose of effective implementation of the obligations assigned to them, especially in connection with:";

1.4 State Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. For of this Code the terms determined in the Law No. 164/2025 on the electric power, the Law No. 139/2018 on energy efficiency and also the following terms and determinations are used:
