About change of the resolution of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus of April 23, 2021 No. 43

Based on Item 11 of article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of September 5, 1995 "About ensuring unity of measurements" the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 3848-XII

1. Bring in the resolution of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus of April 23, 2021 No. 43 "About approval of Rules of implementation of metrological assessment in work type on certification of techniques (methods) of measurements" the following changes:

to exclude from preamble of the word "and subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 981,";

in Rules of implementation of metrological assessment in work type on certification of techniques (methods) of the measurements approved by this resolution:

add Item 8 with part of the following content:

"It is allowed to transfer the documents connected with carrying out certification of technique (method) measurements to electronic type and to store them on the electronic medium in the Portable Document Format format (PDF/A1 or PDF/A 2) according to the legislation in the field of archiving and clerical work.";

in Item 10:

in part one:

word in paragraph three of "the moment of the formal notice of the applicant about availability of discrepancies" shall be replaced with words "the dates of receipt by the applicant of the formal notice on availability of discrepancies";
