Article 1

1) Item 5 of article 3 after words "infrastructure of support of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship," to add with words "the organizations responsible for implementation of federal programs of support (actions for support) of business entities,";

Article 8 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Article 8. The unified register of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship - receivers of support

1. The subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship and physical persons specified regarding 1 article 14.1 of this Federal Law concern receivers of support for the purposes of this Article.

2. The information about receivers of support which are given support by the bodies and organizations specified in part 3 of this Article (including according to federal programs of support (actions for support) of business entities (further in this Article also - federal programs (actions) and about the support given them is entered in the unified register of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship - receivers of support according to this Article.

3. For the purposes of this Article treat the bodies and the organizations which gave support to receivers of support:

1) federal executive bodies;

2) bodies of the public power of the federal territory;
