Part 1 to add 1) with Item 10 of the following content:

"10) if the place of making of executive actions or application of measures of forced execution determined according to parts 1 - 3 articles 33 of this Federal Law, are in the territory in which martial law, or in the territory within which the legal regime of counter-terrorist operation is introduced is imposed.";

2) regarding 1.1 words "The Basis for Suspension of Enforcement Proceeding, Stipulated in Item 3 Parts of 1 This Article, Does Not Extend" shall be replaced with words "The bases for suspension of enforcement proceeding provided by Items 3 and 10 of part of 1 this Article do not extend";

To add 3) with part 1.2 following of content:

"1.2. The basis for suspension of enforcement proceeding, stipulated in Item 10 parts of 1 this Article, does not extend to requirements for the debtor organization for dismissal wage payment and compensation of persons working (working) according to the employment contract for obligatory payments in the budget and in off-budget funds.".
